Q1. Is it possible for the Halo extensions to slip/fall out?
A: No, the Halo extensions will not slip or fall out of your hair if applied correctly. This is why we added the extra clips on either side of the weft for added security if needed. After you apply the Halo, the weight of your hair laying on top will also help keep it in place. You can whip your hair back and forth without any worries of the extensions falling out!

Q2: How does the Halo wire not show?
A: Since the Halo wire is thin and clear it's virtually undetectable in your hair! You'll also add a layer of hair over the wire to conceal it.

A: They are best for those who have below shoulder-length hair and have a thin or medium hair type. We do not recommend Halo extensions for those with short hair as you will need more wefts and hair to create a seamless blend.

Q6: How do I apply for Halo extensions?

STEP 1: BRUSH YOUR HAIR
Brush your hair thoroughly to get rid of tangles. Then, brush out your halo gently using our Loop Hair Extensions Brush, or a wide-toothed comb or paddle brush.

STEP 2: SECTION OFF YOUR HAIR
Section off your hair at the crown, tying it into a bun at the top of your head. Leave out the front sections of hair that frame your face to ensure a natural blend.

STEP 3: APPLY YOUR HALO

Choosing the wire length that best fits the size of your head, positions your halo over your bun where you parted your hair. Like a headband, it should sit comfortably and securely above your ears.

STEP 4: BLEND FOR HEAVENLY RESULTS

Takedown your bun and brush through your hair to smooth everything out ensuring your real hair is covering all the wefts and the halo. If you’re not using our Loop Hair Extensions Brush, be extra cautious when brushing over the wire of the halo to avoid snagging.

Q7: How to adjust the headband?

• Use pliers to open the silicon bead, then it's open when the silicon bead is round
• Then fasten or loosen the wire to be the perfect length for your head and close the silicon beads by the plier
• Done, You've adjusted it to the size you want.
• If it doesn't stay on your head or feel like falling off .it mean it is too big for your head .please adjust the size by yourself

Q8:Can I do ponytails/updo using Halo Extensions?

A: Halo extensions are suitable for half up half down hairstyles, and low ponytails!

Q9: Can I curl and straighten my hair extensions?
A: Yes, so you can straighten / style it with flatiron/curler. It is noteworthy that you need to pay attention to the time. Don’t Overtime.

Just like your own hair, Halo extensions can be straightened, blow-dried, styled and curled. In order to preserve and extend the lifespan of your hair extensions, however, we suggest always use a heat protectant spray prior to styling your set.

Additionally, we recommend only use a low heat setting of 120C/250F, as anything higher runs the risk of damaging the hair. The reason why we recommend opting for a lower heat setting is that it will prolong the lifespan of your set. While our own hair may be able to handle a high heat setting, our hair is also constantly getting revitalized from the scalp, whereas hair extensions don't get that sort of constant nutrition.

Please note that the wavy style is after styling. The hair you receive is in a straight state.

Q10 How long it lasts?
A: For hair of such high quality, it may last for more than one year under proper care and nurse. Use high-quality shampoo and conditioners which will be able to make your hair soft and shiny. Try to use some gel and spray styling products to keep your hair in its style.
